Project Diamond

Every girl is a diamond. They are precious little jewels and deserve to be treated as such.
In time past, female children have been deprived of education, as it was believed that there wan no point, since they would end up in the kitchen; in their husbands' houses. But thanks to civilization; the almighty 'eye-opener', girls are now allowed their rights to education, and thanks to the government for providing it for free.
But sadly,
free education is not absolutely free. The government has done its best, and it is then left for parents to shoulder the rest, but you'll find that these parents still can't afford the required school books for their children. What then is the use of a free farmland to a farmer without the necessary implements?

This is where Project Diamond needs your support.

How It Works:
* We hope to help provide school books for these girls (in public secondary schools particularly) with your support, and that is by selling tickets to you.
* A DIAMOND ticket costs #1000
* When you buy a ticket per month, you'll have 12 DIAMOND tickets in a year, which means you have donated #12,000
* Twelve thousand Naira will buy school books for two girls in a year. That means you have bought books for two girls for that session.

* A lady buys a DIAMOND ticket.
* A man buys a DIAMOND AMBASSADOR ticket.

* Reports and photographs will be published to show for it as the project progresses.
There are two school girls out there who have great potentials, and all it takes is your financial assistance to help them discover it.

That girl you assist might be the doctor that will save your life, or the lawyer that will plead your cause, or the first female president of our beloved country.

Be A Diamond
Be A Diamond Ambassador.

This is an initiative of Temitope Oke's blog. Because we are hooked on books, we feel the need to help promote good reading and study culture for young girls, by providing them with the necessary school books.

We look forward to your support and collaboration.
Thanks

Temitope Oke
