NIGHTLIFE THERAPY

Don’t flip.
Nightlife turns it up the soul therapy. Evening life, social life, and call it whatever makes you feel good. Just don’t flip
How about you change your mind about being extremely over efficient, doing all the extra office work for the next day, the day before, all in one night. Come on! What will you leave for tomorrow?!
Don’t let your social life dry on.
In the day people swear about traffic, over population and all what not. But at night, it all flips over.

Flip with it!
There is something magnetic about nightlife. Whether it’s the highbrow, classy and colourful places or the normal, rare traditional looking places, it would draw you in. Lagos nightlife’s cup sort of is running over, there are always places and things to do.
Every now and then, after the traffic craze or office-stress-rat-race, join the night. It may be one of the best therapeutic antidotes for the stress induced life we live.

Here is the alternative: going home to eat, be alone or with family who are already asleep and the sleep. Then you wake up again while the world still sleeps to head back to the office, work till you drop and continue the loop, all over. Again and again until something happens.
Let your over worked self breathe! Let your hair down. If it is low cut, still let it down! Give yourself a night life therapy. That just means go on out and have some fun.

How about you shake it off? (you know that Taylor Swift song?) I mean shake off the stress in life and worries, quit that uptight cloak dress you house yourself in often and give the nightlife a chance to heal you.
Just go and dance (Tuface and Wizkid Hennesy’s song). Dance with a stranger! Dance with friends. Buy a drink or not. You could, maybe just look at what the beautiful fun people of the world are up to.
The great thing about nightlife is that it is full of surprises. See, it would make your heart smile or you could just laugh at funny situations you’d definitely encounter. Laughter is great for the soul.
Step up your game.
There is a chance you may seal a deal. This wouldn’t happen if you were in bed. You meet new friends, possible future business associates or life partner. Get inspired for new work ideas after a couple of drinks. Don’t be afraid or nervous to be the first to say hello to people. Try it out, it won’t eat you up. If it goes cold, you cut out.

Switch up your groove.
If you simply don’t know how to get in on the ‘fun’, then ask your friends, family, colleagues or just google i. be a best friend to social media.
Yeah! It won’t tell you where to go today but be a friend to twitter, with blogs and social media friends and you will somehow figure out what to do. Your soul and body deserves that ‘turn up’. Don’t let it down; it is your choice though!

In a new light:
See, even if you are married, go out with your spouse once in a while, like once or twice in a month, just be regular with it. Nightlife is dangerous just as day life is dangerous as well. Single or married, whatever or anything you do at night or day, you just have to define yourself. Hanging out at night don’t necessary mean you smoking or drinking or messing around. You just have to define your kind of FUN!
You might not end up in a club or a bar to have fun, there is always one person around you having something to celebrate, just don’t miss that opportunity. Don’t turn down an invitation just because you are too busy at work; visit that long-time-no-see-friend. Dance to music, laugh to jokes, attend comedy shows, visit recreation and amusement parks. Don’t ignore that church or mosque love feast or get together. You have no excuse not to have fun, be it nightlife or daytime.

Just have fun, try somewhere and something new. Life is too short.
